1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, invoice, and seals must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with physical damage caused by the customer
  • Water-damaged products
  • Used or activated MacBooks
  • Software-related issues after setup
  • Change of mind after purchase

Due to the nature of electronics, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Wait for return approval from our team

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The returned product is inspected
  • The product meets eligibility criteria

Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Mobile banking (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 5–10 working days depending on the payment provider.


5. Replacement Policy

If the product has a verified defect or shipping damage, we may offer:

  • Replacement (preferred option)
  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

6. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from Dapple.

7. Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty must follow the warranty claim procedure. Warranty service does not qualify as a return unless specified.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
